newstock.ai is an investment research and information tool. We track the risk factors behind individual stocks, use an AI engine to build industry → company news impact chains in real time, and provide probability and crowding estimates.

The Service is for informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or asset manager. Nothing here constitutes investment advice, personalized recommendations, or asset management, and we make no suitability determination based on your individual circumstances.

All investment decisions are yours alone, and you bear all resulting gains and losses. You should exercise independent judgment before any trade and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse its data and APIs.

All data, probabilities, impact chains, and other content are provided for reference only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Our data comes from third-party sources (such as Yahoo Finance and Alpaca), and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

All predictions are probabilistic estimates; past performance does not guarantee future results. Investing carries risk, and you may lose some or all of your principal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Service offers paid subscriptions (Pro at $29/month or $299/year, etc.). Payments are processed by Stripe. New users receive a 7-day free trial with no payment method required; when it ends the account returns to the free tier. The trial does not convert to a paid subscription and no charge is made. Starting a subscription requires you to actively pick a plan and complete Stripe checkout.

Subscriptions auto-renew: at the end of each billing period we charge your payment method for the next period through Stripe until you cancel. You may cancel anytime under My Account → Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If prices change, we will give advance notice, and changes apply only to subsequent billing periods.

The Service uses your email address as your identity. You are responsible for ensuring your email can receive our notifications. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, contact support@newstock.ai immediately.

The Service's software, interface, copy, factor models, impact-chain algorithms, and all related content are owned by IARTSHOW CORP or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, it shall be resolved by a US court of competent jurisdiction or under applicable arbitration rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
